Biggest Loser

I hope that you all received the rules for the Biggest Loser Challenge! It is only 4 weeks, and I know so many of you are EXCITED to dedicate these 4 weeks to getting motivated, and getting serious about your fitness goals!   1. I am so excited about this! 2 day in and I am down 3 lbs- by my scale anyway! I needed this to get back on track with my goals! I hope all you girls are playing along- this is awesome!

  2. Today is day 2 for me and I'm doing the V8 cleanse. My husband is even doing it with me! I'm expecting the scale to be DOWN tomorrow morning!
