Health Tip ...
Here's "Brandie's Health Tip" for the week ahead....
It is important for the body to have a pH balance environment in order to function at its absolute best! There are so many benefits to possessing an internal pH balance from healthy digestion to hormonal happiness! An obvious way to create this pH balance would start and finish with proper and balanced nutrition or food intake. A fast start would be a cleanser, there are many out there so be smart and safe with those...another start is your everyday V8 low-sodium juice...that's right! About 16-20 oz of low-sodium V8 juice, throughout the day with lean proteins and raw green veggies for about 2 days or so, depending on your personal health status, will put you well on your way of obtaining a balanced pH and help you drop a few pounds while you are at it! Of course always consult with your physician before starting any health program.
Another great intake to implement regularly is hot lemon water...when lemon is heated, it is no longer a "lemon" so to speak, rather it turns into a chemical that will help flush excess fluids and toxins from your body. About one whole squeezed lemon in 8oz of hot water in the morning, one mid day and one late evening ought to do the trick! So much more to learn..contact me directly if you would like to join my online weight loss and healthy lifestyle program...Ill be your partner! www.bodybybrandie.com or Lifespeaker@yahoo.com or message me on Facebook. Here is also a site for Nutrilite Sports Nutrition and daily health care www.bhall19.qhealthzone.com
